🧩 Add-On Modules
Additional capabilities built into the platform — Economic Impact reporting, a Partner Dashboard, Business Clinic ticketing, Mentor Matching, and more — ready to use but activated only once covered by IED's commercial agreement. A locked module is fully built and demo-able; it simply isn't switched on for this account yet. Contact your platform administrator to activate any locked module.

➕ Create New Batch
Room count is fully scalable — set it to however many parallel rooms this batch actually runs (1 to 20). The session grid is auto-generated from the selected syllabus template (Phase 1, Phase 2, or any other course added under "Syllabus Templates" below) for every room. IED can run batches at different DIC (District Industries Centre) locations across multiple districts — each batch records its own district and DIC venue.
Set the DIC venue's exact coordinates to require students be physically present (within the radius) for a check-in to count. Leave blank to skip geofencing for this batch. Auto-filled from the last batch run at this district's venue — editable if this batch is at a different location. Tip: open the venue's location in Google Maps and copy the coordinates from the URL.

🗓️ Public Holidays
Training doesn't run on Sundays (skipped automatically, no need to add them here) or on Bihar Government public holidays. Add each year's holiday dates here — every DPR, certificate and document-reminder date calculation uses this list to compute the real training-end date, the same way IED's own notices do (e.g. a batch starting 17.09.2026 for 6 training days actually runs through 23.09.2026, because 20.09.2026 is a Sunday). Update this list once a year, or whenever IED announces an unscheduled holiday.

📘 Syllabus Templates
Each template defines its own day count, time-slot labels and per-day topics — Phase 1, Phase 2, or an entirely different course can each be a separate template, selected when creating a batch. No fixed 6-day assumption anywhere.
📚 Phase 1 Lecture Manual
Ranjan Kumar's (ToT, IED Bihar) complete 469-page Phase 1 lecture manual, split into its own 11 real lecture blocks and attached to all 22 real timetable sessions it covers — one click fills in whatever's missing from the Study Material list below the syllabus (requires the Phase 1 template to already be seeded above).
🖨️ Course Syllabus PDF (Centre Name Per District)
Prints the syllabus in the same format as IED's own Faculty Attendance sheet — day/session grid, trainer sign-off rows — but with the training centre name set for the actual district, not hardcoded to Patna. Pick a real batch to pull its district/dates automatically, or type them in directly for a district that hasn't been scheduled yet.
➕ Add New Syllabus / Course Template
Define a new course from scratch — e.g. "MMUY Phase 2 Training" or a wholly different programme. Set the number of days and time slots, then fill in the topic for each day/slot (leave blank if a slot is unused that day).
📚 Trainer Study Material
Attached to a syllabus/course template, so it follows the course — PDF/PPT files (uploaded to storage) or a plain URL (Google Drive, YouTube, etc.). Pick the session it belongs to and the material appears under that session both in the trainer portal and in the trainee's own course notes. Leave the session as "general" for material that covers the whole course.
📝 Final Test (Bilingual MCQ)
50-question English + Hindi MCQ bank per course — seed the default bank once per syllabus template, then students take the test on their own phone via a link/QR your room coordinator shares on the final day of training (any programme length — 6-day MMUY, 3-day RAMP, or any other course). Test score is recorded for reporting only; it does not gate certificate eligibility.
Select a course above.
➕ Add Trainer / Faculty
Rate per session is derived from qualification, matching IED's own real honorarium policy — MBA/CA at ₹800, everything else (M.Com, B.Tech, LLB, M.A., etc.) at ₹700. This enforces the policy consistently instead of relying on manual entry. Phone number is required — it's what automated assignment/reminder notifications go to.
👥 Trainer Roster

⭐ Trainer Rating Summary — for allocation decisions
Average student rating, response count, AND a recent-trend trajectory per trainer, across every batch they've delivered sessions in — read this before assigning a trainer to the next batch. A declining trend can catch a real recent slide even when the lifetime average still looks fine. This is a report for you to act on, not an automated assignment; the system never assigns a trainer on its own.
Click Reload to compute.
🗓️ Session Allocation Grid
Assign a trainer to each room/slot across all 6 days. This is the digital version of the exact schedule grid IED already builds by hand.
Select a batch above to load its session grid.
🚩 Record Corrections Reported By Beneficiaries
When a beneficiary opens My Details and sees that their gender, district or scheme is recorded wrongly, they can report it — and the page tells them it has been sent to IED for review. This is that review. These three fields drive eligibility, reservation category and district reporting, so a wrong value is not cosmetic. Correcting one updates the student's record and writes an entry to the Audit Log.
Click Reload to see reported corrections.
🔍 Search Trade by Registration Number
Look up a student directly by their Department of Industries / CM Yojana registration number (same ID used on the MMUY website) — across all batches, no need to know which batch they're in first. Shows their matched trade, machinery list and project cost. Works even if they aren't enrolled in a training batch yet, as long as they're on the official selectee list.
🏛️ Import Official Selected-Candidates List
Upload the government's own CM Udyami Yojana selected-candidates CSV (DVY/MI/YUVA/MAHILA/EBC/SCST schemes) — this is separate from a batch roster and doesn't need students to be enrolled in any training batch yet. Once imported, "Search Trade by Registration Number" above will find anyone on this list, and DPR generation will trust this official trade over a manually-typed one. Large files are uploaded in chunks automatically.
📂 Bulk Import Students (Excel)
Upload the roster Excel/CSV file as provided by IED — column headers are auto-detected (name, application number, district, mobile, room), no fixed template required.
🎓 Student Roster

📸 GPS + Photo Attendance
Fast, per-student GPS + photo capture — same proven mechanism used platform-wide for PragatiPath's own attendance, reused here instead of a slow name-by-name tick list. A coordinator opens this once per room per day.
Select batch, day and room to load the roster.
👁️ Import BSDM Iris Attendance RAMP
For RAMP batches, attendance is taken on Bihar Skill Development Mission's iris-biometric portal. Download the attendance file from the BSDM portal and upload it here — it is read into this system's own attendance records, so certificates, fee claims and completion reports work exactly as they do for a GPS-marked batch. Candidates are matched on Aadhaar or BSDM registration ID, never on name, because spellings differ between the two databases. Always run the dry run first.
💰 Faculty Honorarium Statement
Auto-computed from every session marked "delivered", in the same column layout as IED's own real Faculty Payment Statement — a document ready for sign-off, not a report that needs reformatting.
💳 Platform Fee (this batch)
₹200 per student, ₹6,000 minimum per batch — roughly 4% of IED's ₹5,000/student MMUY training grant.
🔍 Trade-wise Trainee Search
Find every beneficiary in a trade, broken up by district, from the full 2025-26 selection list. Rows show whether each person is on a batch roster and whether a certificate has been issued. Export to Excel (CSV) or print to PDF for the Director's office or a DIC.
📜 NSQF / NCVET Readiness
An honest position paper, not an alignment claim. Contact hours are computed from each syllabus template's own time slots and compared against the NSQF-2023 minimums, so the verdict is arithmetic rather than opinion. Use this before anyone writes "NSQF-aligned" into a proposal.

🗂️ All Pages — Access & Demo Directory
Every page in the IED Training Management System. Beneficiary pages need no login — they identify a person by registration number plus the last 4 digits of their mobile. Use the student-tool generator in the Students tab to produce a pre-filled link for a specific trainee instead of asking them to type anything.
🧭 Market Plan By Trade
The same plan a beneficiary sees, addressed by trade instead of by person — for a trainer's session pack or a DIC's trade briefing. Carries no invoice template, because that needs a real name and address. Now also includes GST, packaging & labelling, production and digital marketing guidance tailored to the trade, plus the MSME TEAM scheme for ONDC onboarding.
Pick a trade to build its plan.
📚 All 74 Trades — Coverage & Gaps
Which trades have a plan, which channels each can reach, and where the bill of materials is unpriced. Gaps are ranked by how many selected beneficiaries each affects — a missing price on a trade with 400 people waiting matters more than one with three.
🧮 Costing Calculator — Live Price Diagnostics
The Costing & Pricing Calculator tries a live mandi-price lookup (data.gov.in/Agmarknet) for raw materials on ~21 agricultural trades before falling back to a cached or manually-entered price. Every connection attempt to the government API from outside Google Cloud while this was built was refused by the host itself — this calls the real deployed Cloud Function to check whether a request from Google Cloud's own network fares any differently. Falls back gracefully either way, so this is diagnostic only, not something trainees are blocked on.
❓ Mukhyamantri Udyami Yojana — FAQ
The department's own official Q&A, grouped by topic. Tap a question to expand it. Note this covers the Udyami Yojana (₹10 lakh project loan scheme) — a related but separate scheme from the MMUY training programme itself.
No question matches that search.
🏅 DIC Performance Scorecard
How each training venue is delivering, side by side. Grouped by venue, not by beneficiary home district — a batch at one DIC routinely contains people from several districts, and grouping by home district would score one centre's delivery against another's. There is deliberately no composite score: a single number hides which dimension is failing.
Build the scorecard to compare districts.
📋 Consolidated Batch Completion Report
The single closure document for a finished batch — enrolment, attendance, assessment, delivery, feedback and fee entitlement in one place, instead of assembled by hand from seven tabs. Every rate states the base it was computed over, and anything still open is listed as a sign-off blocker.
Select a batch to build its completion report.
🛡️ Grievance Register
Every complaint raised by a beneficiary, with its deadline, assigned officer and full action trail. Overdue cases sort to the top. A grievance is closed only when the beneficiary confirms — or after 14 days with no response, recorded as such.

📦 Asset Register
Every item IED sends to a district, with its serial number, condition, current holder and full movement history. Overdue items — dispatched, past their return date, and not consumable — sort to the top.

🚚 Dispatch to District
Send equipment as one consignment, with courier or vehicle details and a named person responsible at the district. Generates a Dispatch & Handover Note for signature, and the district acknowledges receipt — which is where a shortfall or transit damage gets caught while it is still provable.
📝 Trainer Session Diary
What actually happened in each room, filed by the trainer who taught it. Syllabus delivery is measured against the topic the syllabus allocated to that slot — not against the trainer's own description of the session. Participants flagged as needing support appear here so someone can follow up.
Select a batch to load its diary.
🔧 Practical Competence Assessment
Scored by the trainer who watched the trainee work, not from a question paper. Safe working, correct process and knowing their own costs are must-pass — a trainee who fails any one of them is not competent regardless of the overall score.
Select a batch to load the roster.
🏆 Issue Certificates
Gated on real attendance — a student needs at least the configured number of present days before a certificate can be issued, not issued unconditionally.
Select a batch to see eligibility.
📊 Batch Attendance Report
Total students present/absent per day and per room, plus overall attendance rate — computed fresh from real attendance records each time.

🚩 At-Risk Students — Dropout Risk Score
A transparent, rule-based score per student — not a black box — computed from their own attendance pattern in THIS batch so far. Flags a declining trend early enough to actually call the student, rather than only discovering low attendance after the batch has closed. Only meaningful for a batch still in progress.
Select a batch to view its at-risk list.
🪪 BSDM Iris-Mapping Export
RAMP attendance runs on Bihar Skill Development Mission's own iris-biometric platform, not here — this is the sheet IED hands BSDM to map/enroll each candidate's iris before training starts, generated fresh from the real roster instead of a hand-maintained copy. The column format below is a working default, not yet confirmed against BSDM's official template — check it against whatever BSDM actually requires before first submission.
Select a batch to view its BSDM mapping export.
📝 Final Test Results

⭐ Session Feedback
Student ratings + remarks per delivered trainer session — collected via a shared per-room link, no student login required. This is the raw feedback for one batch; see the Trainers tab for the cross-batch rating summary used when deciding who to assign next.
Select a batch to view session feedback.
🧾 Training Fee Claim Statement
What IED is owed by the department. Every other money report in this system runs the other way — the platform invoice IED pays, and the honorarium IED pays trainers. The claim is computed on certified students only, because a dropout is not claimable and an overstated claim that fails audit costs far more than a conservative one. Everyone enrolled but uncertified is listed separately with a reason, so the gap between roster and claim is always explainable rather than something an auditor discovers.

📽️ Beneficiary Breakup & Slide Prompt
Reads the official selectee list — the department's full sanctioned cohort — not the training batch roster, so this covers every selected beneficiary across every district rather than only those already enrolled into a batch. Generates the district, gender, category, interest-slab, trade and Manufacturing/Service breakup, plus a ready-to-paste Gamma prompt with the real figures already filled in.
Click Compute Breakup to read the official selectee list.
🏛️ Category-Wise Physical & Financial Return
MMUY is formally the Chief Minister SC/ST/EBC/Mahila/Yuva/Minority Entrepreneurship Scheme, and each category is a separate budget line the department allocates against. "Physical and financial" is the government's own framing — people trained and rupees claimed against them, in one table, because a reviewer checks them against each other. Students with no category on record appear in their own row rather than being distributed into the real categories.
Click Compute to build the return.
📜 Utilisation Certificate
The standard government statement of sanctioned / utilised / unspent. Expenditure is the delivery cost this system actually tracks — honorarium, fooding and RAMP stationery — and excludes IED's establishment and overhead costs, which are not held here. The sanctioned amount is entered from the sanction letter: the system cannot infer it, and inferring it from what was claimed would defeat the purpose of a certificate that exists to compare the two independently.
Enter the sanction details and click Compute.
📊 Monthly Balance Sheet
The claim above says what IED is owed; this says what delivering the training cost, and therefore what IED actually earns. Revenue is the training fee on certified students — the same basis as the claim, so the two documents can never disagree. Costs are honorarium (delivered sessions at each trainer's own rate), fooding, and RAMP stationery.
Click Compute to build the statement.
⚙️ Per-Student Rates
Rates are stored in configuration rather than written into the code, because a government rate changes by circular and a hardcoded figure would quietly keep producing claims at last year's rate. Matching is by pattern against the batch's course type, since that field is free text. Only a superadmin can change these.
Loads with the claim above.
🧑🏫 Mentor & Expert Panel
Separate from the Trainers tab by design. A trainer is attached to a session, rated on it, and paid per session. A mentor is a standing panel member — a banker, a successful alumnus, a sector specialist, a DIC officer — attached to a beneficiary over months. Capacity is enforced rather than advisory: a pool that quietly over-assigns produces mentors who stop responding, which is worse for a beneficiary than having no mentor at all.
Loading…
🔗 Mentoring Assignments
Who is supporting whom, why they were matched, and what came of it — so the panel can be judged on whether mentoring changed anything, the same standard applied to trainers elsewhere in this system.
Loads with the pool above.
🤝 Alumni Network
Trained entrepreneurs can list themselves at /ied-alumni to find buyers, suppliers, raw material, workers or advice from each other. Listing is entirely opt-in and their phone number is a separate second choice — a beneficiary can be findable by trade and district while keeping their number private. Aadhaar, date of birth, home address and parentage are never copied into the directory at all. Share the link at the end of training.
🔗 Open The Network Page🏦 Loan Pipeline — From Certificate To Working Capital
MMUY's whole premise is enterprise finance: train a beneficiary, help them write a DPR, and get them a loan released in three installments (shed preparation, machinery, working capital). Everything up to the DPR is tracked in detail; everything after it used to be a single yes/no a beneficiary self-reported six months later. This tracks the real chain. Every certified beneficiary appears below — including those who never applied at all, which is usually the largest silent leak and is invisible in any view built only from existing loan records.
Loading…
🏛️ Bank & Branch Performance
Sanction rate and turnaround per branch — the evidence a lead-bank or DLCC meeting actually turns on. Rates are computed over decided applications only, so a branch that is merely slow is never mistaken for one that is strict. Branches with fewer than 5 decided applications are marked: at that volume the rate is not yet readable.
Loads with the pipeline above.
⏳ Stalled Cases — This Week's Worklist
Beneficiaries whose case has not moved in 30 days or more, longest wait first. A stalled loan is the first entry in the scheme's own list of reasons a business never starts, so this is a chase list rather than a report.
Loads with the pipeline above.
🎓 SkillSprint Workshops COMMERCIAL
One day, one practical skill, one reviewed output. A separate paid programme from the government training — its bookings, participants and results are kept in their own records. Completion requires all three conditions (80% of the 230 learning minutes, a submitted artifact, and 60% in the quiz); anything less issues a participation certificate that says so.
Loading the catalogue…
🧾 New Quotation
Prices come from the published package table — a custom rate is allowed but recorded against the published one, so a discount is always visible. GST is added at 18% and the advance is 50%.
📋 Bookings
Quoted value is not revenue. Only bookings with an advance recorded count as committed.
👥 Participants & Results
Register seats against a booking, then record what each participant actually did. Completion is derived from the three conditions — it cannot be set by hand.
📊 Host Report
What the buyer receives. Aggregate by design — completion statistics and per-dimension rubric averages, never a list of who scored what.
🎯 Programme Targets
The sanctioned figures for a financial year, taken from the sanction letter. Everything in the review report below is measured against these. Until they are entered, the report shows real achievement but cannot show progress — a percentage against an invented target would be worse than none.
📑 Programme Review Report
One document for a Director's review: physical progress against target, money, outcomes, the district league table ranked by shortfall, and what needs a decision. Replaces assembling the DIC Scorecard, Category Return, Balance Sheet and Utilisation Certificate by hand.
Enter a financial year and build the report.
📋 Bill of Materials — Price Sheet
Raw material structure (spec, purchase unit, consumption per batch, wastage %, reorder period) is fixed per trade — but prices are NEVER hardcoded in this app, because packaging/commodity prices go stale within weeks. Enter Low/Base/High as ₹ per purchase unit (₹/kg, ₹/piece, ₹/litre — same unit as the "Unit" column, exactly like a real dealer quote) and the real Qty/Batch that one batch consumes — the calculator multiplies qty × price directly. Each entry is dated so a stale quotation shows as stale (older than 30 days) rather than being trusted silently forever. These feed the Market Plan's batch-costing and 3-scenario (Low/Base/High) working-capital calculator for every beneficiary in this trade.
MMUY_All_74_Trades_Raw_Material_Indicative_Price_Master_2026.xlsx — 118 of 157 materials matched by name automatically (the other 39 have slightly different naming and are left for manual entry below, never guessed).Select a trade to view/edit its price sheet.
🎬 Outcome Tracking Demo
A real 6/12/24-month checkpoint genuinely can't come due for months after this feature ships, so there's nothing to show a stakeholder without this. Seeds 5 clearly-fake, clearly-tagged demo beneficiaries spanning every state the feature can be in — already answered, due right now, and not yet due — so you can walk through the real Scheme Success Rate numbers below AND the actual no-login check-in form live, using the credentials this generates. Demo data is automatically excluded from the real Scheme Success Rate — it can never skew a number you'd actually report.
🎬 RAMP Test Demo
Seeds one clearly-fake, clearly-tagged demo RAMP batch (isPilot, excluded from billing) with the real RAMP syllabus/50-question bank attached, plus 3 demo students covering every state the Reports tab's Final Test Results screen can show: already scored (walk straight to Answer Sheet), awaiting paper entry (walk Print Paper → Enter Answers live), and untouched (walk the real phone link live). Use this to show a reviewer the whole flow — phone, paper fallback, randomized per-student order, BSDM answer sheet — without touching real batch data.
🎬 MMUY Phase 1 Test Demo
Same idea as the RAMP/Phase 2 demos, for MMUY Phase 1 — seeds one clearly-fake demo Phase 1 batch (isPilot, excluded from billing) with the real Phase 1 syllabus/50-question bank attached, plus 3 demo students covering already scored, awaiting paper entry, and untouched-for-phone-walkthrough. Use this to show a review committee the whole Phase 1 final-assessment flow — phone-taken, paper fallback, per-student randomized order, BSDM-style answer sheet — without touching real batch data.
🎬 MMUY Phase 2 Test Demo
Same idea as the RAMP demo above, for MMUY Phase 2 — seeds one clearly-fake demo Phase 2 batch (isPilot, excluded from billing) with the real Phase 2 syllabus/50-question bank attached, plus 3 demo students covering already scored, awaiting paper entry, and untouched-for-phone-walkthrough. Use this to show a reviewer the whole Phase 2 final-assessment flow without touching real batch data.
🏛️ Programme Analytics

📈 Are We Getting Better? — Cohort Comparison
The Programme Analytics card above reports the whole programme as one aggregate, which answers how are we doing but never are we improving. A district whose certification rate fell from 95% to 60% across four batches still shows a respectable lifetime average. This groups batches into cohorts and reports the change from the previous one. Read the change column, not the levels.
Choose a dimension to compare.
🎯 What Actually Works — Outcome Correlation
Joins post-training outcome check-ins against trade, attendance and final test score — the three things the programme controls. This is what tells you whether attendance rigour and assessment actually predict a surviving business, and which of the 74 trades are worth continuing to run. Rates computed on fewer than 8 respondents are flagged Low sample and sorted last: they are shown for completeness, not to be acted on.
Click Compute to run the correlation.
🧠 What Beneficiaries Are Telling You — AI Themes
Beneficiaries write real explanations in their own words (often Hindi or Hinglish) in the outcome check-in and session feedback forms. Those answers were previously stored and never read. This groups them into themes with verbatim examples, so every theme can be checked against the actual words behind it. Responses the AI cannot confidently group are reported as unclustered rather than forced into a theme.
Choose a source and click Analyse.
📝 Test Item Analysis — Is The Question The Problem?
Reads the assessment as a measure of the curriculum, not of the students. A question nearly everyone fails is usually one of three things — the topic was not taught, the question is ambiguous, or the stored correct answer is wrong. Negative discrimination (weaker students outscoring stronger ones on that one question) almost always means a miskeyed answer, so those are listed first.
Click Analyse to review every question.
👥 Rated Well vs. Produced Results
Trainee ratings measure satisfaction, which is a weak proxy for whether anyone ended up running a business — a warm session rates highly whether or not it taught anything, and a demanding one can rate poorly while producing the best outcomes in the district. This puts each trainer's rating next to what their trainees actually went on to do. Attribution here is deliberately weak: where several trainers shared a batch they share its outcomes, and a trainee's result depends far more on their trade, capital and district than on any one session. Use it to find batches worth asking about — never to rank staff.
Click Compare to join ratings against outcomes.
⚠️ Early-Support Priority List
A proactive outreach worklist, not a prediction about any individual. Built entirely from historical, cohort-level outcome rates already in the Scheme Success Rate data above — e.g. "this trade in this district has historically had a lower operating rate at 6 months." Beneficiaries whose trade+district combination shows that pattern get flagged for an earlier, more supportive check-in call before their 6-month checkpoint lapses unanswered — nothing about their certificate, eligibility or record changes. Every reason shown is plain-language and based on real past respondents (a combination is only ever scored once at least 5 past beneficiaries in it have responded — never a guess dressed up as a number). Gender and scheme category are deliberately never used to flag an individual, only trade and district, which reflect market conditions, not the person.
Click Load List to compute.
📦 Bulk Data Export
Full registers across EVERY batch — for a government handover, an audit, or a records request. Each one computes fresh and downloads as Excel or a print-ready PDF, same as every other report above.
📲 Notify Students (WhatsApp)
⚠️ No WhatsApp Business API provider is connected yet — messages are queued and logged for real, but not actually delivered until a provider (Meta Cloud API / Twilio / Gupshup / Interakt) is set up. The queue below is the real, auditable record either way.
📋 Notification Log

📬 Daily Operations Digest
Every morning at 9:00 AM IST, anything needing action — overdue grievances, trainees at high risk of dropping out, credit cases stalled 45+ days, trades whose costs cannot be calculated, and past sessions never marked delivered — is emailed to admins and grievance officers. It only sends on days something is flagged; a digest that arrives every morning saying "all clear" is one people stop opening. Preview shows exactly what would go out, and sends nothing.
🛡️ Audit Trail
Every attendance override, trainer bank-detail change, delivery-status toggle, honorarium statement generation and certificate issuance is logged here — append-only, never editable, the single place to answer "who changed what, and when."
Select a batch to view its audit trail.
🔒 Data Retention Policy
Attendance photos & GPS coordinates: retained for 180 days after a batch's training ends (long enough to cover an honorarium/attendance dispute window), then automatically deleted from storage — the attendance PRESENT/ABSENT record itself is kept permanently, only the photo evidence and raw coordinates age out.
Student personal data (name, Department of Industries ID, mobile, district): retained for the lifetime of the MMUY scheme record per IED's own retention requirement, since the Department ID is a permanent government identifier the student may need referenced again in a future scheme.
Trainer bank details: retained while the trainer is active in the roster; removable on request once no pending honorarium statement references them.
Audit log entries: append-only, retained permanently — this is the compliance record itself, not transient data.
Data ownership & handover: all MMUY training data belongs to IED Bihar / the Department of Industries. A full export (Excel, all collections) can be provided on request at any time, and in full on contract termination.
