📐 Graded Like a Real Government Scheme Review — Not a Rubber Stamp
Your Round 2 idea is scored on five dimensions a Startup India / MSME reviewer would actually apply. There's no floor — a generic, unfeasible pitch scores low, on purpose.

Every score is backed by your actual transcript — nothing is hidden from faculty or judges. Typing behavior (paste events, implausible speed) is also flagged for review — a fairness-first signal, not an unreliable "AI detector."

A real example — this is what Round 1 actually looks like
Example conversation — Manoj, Transport & Logistics
Manoj
Yaar I need kuch app jaisa chahiye jo sab manage kare. My drivers keep calling me five times a day asking where to go next.
You
When a driver calls asking where to go next — what exactly are they missing?
Manoj
Mostly the address and which order to pick up first. I write it in a register but they can't always read my handwriting.
You
Would your drivers be comfortable reading instructions in English, or does it need to be Hindi?
Manoj
Hindi, definitely. Most of them can't read English well. That's actually why nothing I've tried has worked.

🧑💼 Round 1 — Discover the Real Problem
Connecting you to a client...
📋 Read This Before You Type Anything
① What to expect
You're about to text with a real person who has a genuine problem in —. They will not explain their problem clearly on their own — real clients rarely do. The first thing they say may sound vague or unhelpful on purpose. That's not a bug — figuring out what they actually mean is the whole task.
② How to respond
To begin: type a simple opener like "Hi, can you tell me more about what you're dealing with?" Then ask full questions, not single words — "What's going wrong with how you handle this today?" works; "cost" or "quality" on their own don't.
You have up to 10 of your own messages to understand their real problem well enough to propose a clear brief they agree with. That completes Round 1 — don't pitch a solution before then.
③ How it's graded
Your Discovery Score (0-100) rewards specific, targeted questions that actually uncover what's hidden — not how many messages you send. A vague one-question attempt can score under 20; there's no floor. Score 55+ unlocks Round 2. Your Round 2 idea doesn't need to relate to this problem at all — Round 1 only proves you can discover a real need through good questions.
🧑💼
You're now talking to —. They have a real problem — and something they're not telling you yet.

Round 1 Complete!
We've also emailed you this result with a link back here. No rush — come back anytime to pitch your idea in Round 2. Your progress is saved.
Now pitch your own startup idea to the same person — it doesn't have to solve the problem you discovered in Round 1. Round 1 proved you can research and understand a real user; now bring the idea you actually want to build, for whatever customer you're targeting.
💡 Fill in the pitch template below
The same template real Startup India and investor pitches use — problem, solution, who uses it, who pays, and your revenue model. Fill it in once to open the conversation, then reply normally to whatever the client asks next. A vague pitch — a single word like "app," or no real revenue model — won't pass.
Read the client's replies out loud
A real number and a real billing cadence — "ads" or "we'll figure it out later" won't score here.
